This short documentary chronicles the life of Liam Davis, candidate for City Council of Baltimore's 1st District. We follow Liam's story from his childhood growing up in Northeast Baltimore to his twelve years working in City Hall. Featuring previously unseen archival footage and interviews with numerous people in Liam's life, including former City Council President and Mayor Jack Young, this short film is a quick exploration of one of Baltimore’s own: a passionate and competent public servant whose loyalty to its people is unparalleled.
